I left my corporate role as a COO in professional services in 2025 to live my truth. I took the plunge and studied to be a Professional Certified Coach with Erickson International and to be certified with the ICF. It was the right thing to do since my purpose has always been to help those I meet to be their best selves;

  • building confidence and self-belief,

  • building networks and positive connections,

  • building strong, authentic individuals.

Where my leadership roles drew on my diplomacy to manage expectations across a spectrum of stakeholders while maintaining trust and progress. Today I channel that same capability and partnering into developing individuals, by:

  • stepping back from the noise to explore what matters most, strengths, purpose and future direction,

  • clarifying identity, choices and options through powerful questioning, structured reflection and challenge,

  • moving forward with renewed confidence, a clear plan and a stronger authentic presence.

I’ve spent years working with teams of different sizes and disciplines internationally, and if there is one single connector, it’s when everyone can be their true selves in a safe environment. This is when they thrive.
