Hi, I’m Carolyn and I left my role as a COO in 2025 to follow my truth. I had spent more than 20 years in senior roles within global organisations, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering excellence in an industry I joined for its humanity and people focus. Coming from a socio-economically challenged background, and at times having to punch above my weight to be heard, I have always felt driven to pay it forward by helping others become the best they can be when they don’t have networks, connections or a trusted sounding board.

That naturally led me to coach and mentor anyone who asked. I used my skills to listen, challenge and guide others as they explored their truth, their growth and what might come next. Knowing this was my path, I took the plunge and turned that experience into professional coach training and accreditation.

I genuinely believe that positive change is possible when we become aware of what matters most to us, both personally and professionally.

Today, my purpose is to support people in achieving their desired goals and evolving towards their fullest potential while staying aligned with their own core values. As a coach, I work with executives, senior leaders, aspiring talent, young people and teams.

Having worked across technology, data, marketing and organisational change, I coach individuals through transition with empathy, structure and practical insight. Having these lived experiences myself helps tremendously.

I am endlessly curious about people and culture, and about what matters to each person, whether they are a student, a senior leader or a CEO. Across every role and every coaching conversation, I have seen people thrive when they have a safe space to be honest, explore what matters and be fully themselves.
